Purpose: To develop and implement an innovative annual conference program that meets members' educational needs in the areas of professional and personal development; keeping them abreast of health care trends and helping improve their technical skills. In addition, the committee is to provide networking opportunities for attendees and outreach to members not in attendance.
Strategy: Use member evaluations and feedback for developing content and format, and budgetary availabilities to recruit the highest level of expertise available for Conference Faculty.
