All prizes are separated into 2 categories, calling for either a minimum $2 raffle ticket or maximum $5 raffle ticket to enter to win.
Not attending conference? No problem! Simply order your tickets by fax using the easy to download order form, indicate which item(s) you would like to enter to win with each ticket you purchase, and fax to AHCAP. AHCAP staff will include your tickets on-site in New Mexico.
Drawings will be held throughout the day Thursday, and winners will be notified by email.
