What internal communication tools (like Slack or an instant messenger program) or project management software do you use in your facility or system?

We use O365 at my health system. I am just learning that in about a year Microsoft Teams will be used over Skype for Business. I have checked into Teams and it is very easy to use and it’s like a one stop shop for collaboration, integrating your calendar and OneNote with IM with screen sharing. You can set Teams for you and your leader and have instant access to files and use with the app. I just set up a team for my fellow EAs and moved over everything from our shared private folder and it’s great. The only thing I see that would keep me from using this exclusively right now is you cannot view multiple calendars yet, just your own. Microsoft is working on this now and should have this fixed pretty soon.
